Abstract Submission

The Organizing Committee invites all participants to submit their abstracts to the congress. All papers will only be accepted online via the congress website (www.medhyp2024.org) as of December 18th, 2023. Abstracts that do not comply with the writing rules during submission will not be evaluated. (Detailed information can be found below.)

• You can submit your abstracts online at www.medhyp.org
• Abstracts sent via e-mail, fax and other means will not be accepted.
• After finalizing your abstract, we kindly ask you not to forget the reference number assigned to your abstract by the system and your password to log in to the system.
• The deadline for abstract submission is February 4th, 2024. Abstracts sent after this date will not be accepted and presentations will not be withdrawn in any way.
• The submitted abstracts will be independently scored from 1 to 100 and the oral and poster presentations will be determined as a result of the results.
• The results of the evaluations will be announced on the congress website on March 4th, 2024.

System Login and Registration
With the online abstract submission system, you can submit your abstracts into the system step by step. In order to submit your abstract into the system, you must first register and then log in to the system by entering a username and password consisting of your e-mail address.

Oral Presentations
The best abstracts to be determined by the Scientific Committee will be presented orally according to the schedule to be specified in the final program. Technical information about the presentation will be sent to the authors after the papers are selected.

Poster Presentations
Poster presentations to be determined by the Scientific Committee will be presented as posters at the congress. Technical information about the presentation will be sent to the authors after the papers are selected.

Other Information

• All correspondence regarding all abstracts submitted into the system will be made with the person who submit the abstracts into the system.
• The title of the abstracts should only be written in capital letters. No "dot" should be placed at the end of the title and the subject title should be chosen.
• The number of characters in the text of the paper should not be more than 3,000.
• The number of pictures and tables in the paper should be maximum 3.
